Perfect location at the heart of the city surrounded by restaurants and shops. Extremely friendly reception, willing to make your stay great! Enjoyed the modern and comfortable room, and the breakfast bag with coffee and tea was a great start to the day.

The hallway walls and floors had a dark and depressing color scheme, which could use some improvement.

The lobby lounge, featuring complimentary coffee and tea service 24 hours a day, was a lifesaver during my stay. It felt like having my personal genie, always ready to grant my caffeine wishes. The cozy ambiance and free WiFi made it the perfect spot to plan my day's adventures or simply unwind with a good book.

We had a fantastic visit to the many tourist attractions of the city, thanks to the hotel's central location. The proximity to shopping areas like Preciados and Carmen made it convenient for our family to explore Spanish fashion stores and various theaters and cinemas offering shows for all tastes. Additionally, being close to the metro station allowed us to easily reach all parts of the city, including the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, which was a highlight for our football-loving kids.

My children wanted a larger breakfast selection catering to dietary restrictions.

We loved the central location of this hotel, as it was close to everything. It was just a short walk to the metro, on a pedestrian street, and very near the central square. The cleanliness of the rooms was also great, with the hotel facilities providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed.

The bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on a concrete slab!

Traveling for 3 days of sightseeing, B&B's perfect location near Sol station was ideal. The friendly staff and 24hr coffee & snacks made it convenient for our unpredictable schedule. The clean, modern rooms were soundproof and had great air conditioning. Additionally, the rooftop bar/restaurant above the hotel offered amazing views and affordable options. The complimentary food and drink facilities in the basement were also a nice touch.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right in the center of everything and next door to a police station, ensuring safety. The room was bright and modern, with great facilities such as free coffee, tea, and fresh fruit available 24/7.

The bathroom configuration provided little privacy and was inconvenient for nighttime use.
